Refund policy
- The process of refunding the value of the product to the customer begins after the quality inspection of the returned product and its acceptance is completed. The quality inspection process takes a maximum period of 7 working days from the date Forbed receives the returned product. After completing the examination process, the customer will be notified via email or text message of the examination result.
- The amounts paid will be refunded using the same method of payment: in cash in the case of cash payment or transfer to the bank account in the case of payment by Visa.
- In the case of cash purchases, the amount paid will be refunded within two working days of issuing the product inspection report.
- In the case of purchasing with Visa, the amount paid will be refunded within 14 working days from the issuance of the product inspection report through bank transfer to the customer’s account.
- In the event that orders paid via different credit cards are canceled without any reason, defects, or failure to perform the service, 2% of the total value of the order will be deducted, and the customer has no right to object to that.
Return Policy
- The product may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, provided that it has not been used at all and that it is in its original condition in terms of packaging, components or attachments, with the customer bearing the costs of shipping, packaging and handling in the event of unpacking (the value is determined according to the product) if the product conforms to the specifications and color. The image may not be returned if the product does not match the specifications and color of the image shown on the website.
- Products cannot be returned or exchanged if they do not conform to the specifications mentioned on the website or if the product is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
- The product is not entitled to be returned or exchanged if there are defects resulting from misuse.
- Bedrooms, dining rooms, and all products whose components are installed or products specially manufactured based on the customer’s request, are not returned and are replaced only in cases of a manufacturing defect that cannot be treated and maintained in accordance with the report submitted by the Quality Department, which is issued within a maximum of 7 working days from receiving the returned product from the customer.
- The color of the sets or sofas cannot be changed, and the side of the corner cannot be changed after 48 hours of placing the order.
- The order cannot be canceled after 48 hours.
